These terms govern your use of socraticflow.com and our tools (the "Service"), operated by Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC ("SocraticFlow", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SocraticFlow provides web-based decision-support tools, including the Risk Analyzer and the Decision Analyzer. Core analysis is free to use. You may optionally purchase a generated report or memo for a one-time fee.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it other than as permitted by law, scrape it at scale, infringe others' rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Purchases, pricing, and payment
SocraticFlow is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase and is not yet processing payments. The pricing referenced on the Service describes the intended pricing at public launch: standard pricing is expected to be $39 per report in US dollars, with a founding-member rate of $29 per report locked in for life for the first 100 people on the waitlist as of launch day. Prices and terms remain subject to change before public launch. Once payments are enabled, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record for sales of our digital reports. As the merchant of record, that provider will be responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and similar consumption taxes worldwide; the amount you pay at checkout will include any such taxes shown there. We will publish the named provider, the final price, and the order terms on this page before the first sale. At public launch we will offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if a purchased report does not meet your needs, email info@socraticflow.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Because reports are delivered digitally and made available immediately, by completing a future purchase you ask us to provide the report at once and acknowledge that, apart from this 14-day guarantee, statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may not apply once the report has been generated. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Your content and your reports
You retain all rights to the data you enter and to the reports and memos you generate and pay for. That content is processed in your browser; we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs and for how you use the outputs.
5. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, branding, and the "SocraticFlow" name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business or personal decision-making. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing product from the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting, payments, email, and analytics. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate it produces will match real outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocraticFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
