Weigh your options against the criteria that matter, see value against cost on one map, and export an appraisal memo with the reasoning recorded. The analysis is free. The memo is a one-time price.
What is an option appraisal memo? An option appraisal memo is a structured comparison of two or more courses of action, scored against weighted criteria and pressure-tested for robustness before a recommendation is made. Rather than defaulting to the option that feels right, the method plots each option's value against its cost and checks whether the recommended choice still wins if the criteria weights shift. This tool builds one in the browser: enter your options and weighted criteria, run the appraisal, and export a defensible memo with the value-cost map and an embedded decision record.
Set your criteria and weights, score each option, add cost and expected value. Everything recalculates live.

Weighted fit scores each option against your criteria, normalised by weight, on a 0–10 scale. The map plots expected value against cost, so the upper-left is high value at low cost. Net value is benefit minus cost; BCR is benefit divided by cost. The robustness note checks whether your leader would change if you weighted any single criterion very differently, which tells you how safe the call is.
The comparison is free. What you pay for is the written, defensible record of why you chose what you chose.
