The controller responsible for your personal data is Axiom Intelligence Partners LLC, Wyoming, USA, United States. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@socraticflow.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Email address — when you join our waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us.
- Purchase information — once payments are enabled, our payment provider will process your payment and share limited confirmation with us (such as the fact of a transaction and a receipt reference). We do not receive your full card number.
- Usage and technical data — aggregate, privacy-friendly measures of site usage, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us.
As noted above, we do not collect the data you enter into the tools themselves.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases (Article 6):
- Waitlist and newsletter — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Delivering a report you purchased and providing support — performance of a contract.
- Securing, operating, and improving the site, and understanding aggregate usage — our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- Keeping records required by law, such as tax records for purchases — legal obligation.
- Any non-essential cookies or analytics — your consent.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum and the tools work without them. Non-essential analytics load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions, under appropriate contracts. These currently include FormSubmit (waitlist and newsletter form handling) and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and cookieless usage analytics). Once payments are enabled, a payment provider acting as merchant of record will also process purchase data. We will publish the named payment provider on this page before the first sale. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International data transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision. Contact us for further detail.
7. How long we keep data
We keep waitlist and newsletter data until you unsubscribe; purchase records for as long as required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules); and support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your query and a reasonable period after. We do not retain the contents of your tool sessions, because they never reach us.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing, including direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these, email privacy@socraticflow.com. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
9. California residents
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address above; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
10. Children
Our tools are intended for professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or a notice on the site.
