This policy explains how SocraticFlow uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can be "strictly necessary" for a site to function, or optional, such as analytics that help us understand usage.
2. How we use them
We use a single strictly necessary item to remember your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every visit. For measurement we favour a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics approach. If we ever use a non-essential cookie, it will load only after you accept it.
3. Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sf_consent | Strictly necessary (local storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. | Until you clear it |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Analytics (optional) | Aggregate, privacy-friendly page-visit measurement. Cookieless, and loaded only with consent. | No cookie (cookieless) |
| Payment provider checkout | Strictly necessary (at checkout) | Set by our payment provider to process a purchase securely. Applies only when you proceed to the checkout in a new tab. The specific provider will be named at launch. | Session |
This table reflects the providers we use; we will update it if they change.
4. Managing your choices
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner. You can also block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings; if you do, your saved preference will be forgotten and some features may behave differently.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as our tools or providers change. We will revise the date above when we do.
